Inspired by classic European bistros, neighbourhood bars and cafés that have influenced Chef Sommelier Melanie Brown’s travel adventures. The Laundry is a place where brunches thrive, afternoon and evening sundowners are a must and an all day menu is founded on the intrinsic landscape of culinary tradition. Traditional cooking with New World creativity and flair. A simple philosophy of genuine, honest cooking merged with welcoming hospitality, in a building steeped in history and grace.
Where availability allows we will be as flexible as we can to maximise your time with us. For tables of 1 - 3 guests we allow 90mins, 4-9 guests 2.5 hours and 10+ 3.5 hours.

Saturday 10am till 3pm features brunch favourites as well as more hearty dishes; the kitchen never sleeps, for early birds and late risers alike! Our evening menu takes over in the arvo for plates with pals, drinks with darlings and perfect puds.

Alfresco, inside or perched at the bar - L’Apéro is served every weekday from 5pm-7pm with house cocktails for the pocket-pleasing price of £10, and house wine and beer for £6.

Every Tuesday from 5:30pm-6:30pm, join our weekly BYO wine gathering for collectors, enthusiasts and the wine-curious alike. We'll provide the glassware, decanters and a bottle from our cellar to kick things off; you bring something you're excited to share. No lectures, no tastings, no corkage charge - just great bottles, good conversation and the occasional discovery.
