We're obsessed about curating exceptional, rhapsodic, casual but careful dining experiences and require like-minded individuals to join our teams. Whether you're a Sous or a Commis, a Chef de Partie or Kitchen Porter, Front of House, Bartender or a Barista, we require all hospitality talents at all levels (from casual to Managers).
Our concept and menus are driven by produce and provenance and we're proud of our invigorating, fun working environment. Our ethos is anchored in delivering casual dining experiences, supremely.
You must be reliable, passionate about giving great service, genuinely seeking a longer-term role and just be an authentically good human, basically! We offer sound remuneration and bonus schemes across all levels of our tribe, we pay monthly and there are plenty more perks along the way, (food, uniforms, discounts on wine, etc) including our commitment to your training and progression. In return we expect hard work, lots of smiles, a consistently high standard of hospitality service and a level of commitment back from you, but we reckon that's fair?
