Each group dining booking has a dedicated host for the event, so drinks, dietary requirements and the flow of the booking are handled properly from the start.

La Table de Carmen and The Drying Room

The lower ground floor group dining spaces are known as La Table de Carmen and The Drying Room.

La Table de Carmen can comfortably seat up to 20 guests, while The Drying Room can seat up to 14. If your group is larger, the adjoining rooms can open into one larger space for 20 to 34 guests, or 36 at a squeeze.

Small enough to feel personal. Big enough to handle the birthday group chat. A rare and useful thing.

Set menus and drinks ready on arrival

Group dining should not start with everyone reading a menu for 25 minutes while one person tries to become project manager.

The 2026 group dining menu is £39 per person, with nibbles, a choice of main and dessert. If you want to make it more of a feast, starters can be added, bringing the menu to £49 per guest with three starters, nibbles, main and dessert.

Drinks and wines can also be pre-ordered and ready for arrival, which is the kind of detail that makes a group meal feel instantly better. Start the table properly. Let everyone settle in. Enjoy the rare pleasure of not having to chase the first round.

Group dining on the terrace

For groups that want the fresh-air feeling, The Laundry can also discuss set menu options on the covered and heated alfresco terrace.

The terrace works well for relaxed group tables, celebrations, lunches, early evening drinks and those bookings that want food, cocktails and a little more Brixton atmosphere. Terrace seating is subject to availability, because everyone becomes very interested in sitting outside the second the weather behaves.
