At The Laundry Brixton, our restaurant offers bring together the good stuff across the week: £15 plats du jour, £8 L’Apéro cocktails, free corkage Tuesdays, Laundry Locals, and a very handy Parisian-style steak frites sandwich to go.

We are an all-day bistro, café, bar and wine shop on Coldharbour Lane, which means an offer here can start with coffee, become lunch, move into cocktails, or settle very nicely into dinner. We are relaxed about the direction of travel.

Plats du jour for £15

Midweek dining, but make it properly worth leaving the house for.

Our plats du jour are available for £15, giving each weekday its own reason to book a table. On Mondays, it is the fish brioche burger with panko crust and preserved lemon tartare. Tuesdays are for pie, with the week’s flavour available from the team. Wednesdays bring steak frites, with grilled bavette, café de Paris butter and fries.

Simple. Generous. Very much the sort of thing the week could use.

Pick up a Parisian

Monday to Friday, you can pick up our steak frites sandwich for £10 to go. Thinly sliced and grilled bavette steak, café de Paris butter and fries, tucked into a freshly baked baguette.

A quick lunch. A very good takeaway decision. A little Parisian moment from Coldharbour Lane.

L’Apéro £8 cocktails / £6 house wine and beer

Cocktails do not always need a big occasion. Sometimes the day has simply done enough.

L’Apéro runs Monday to Friday from 5pm to 7pm, with cocktails for £8. It is made for after-work drinks, early evening plans, terrace tables and those moments when “just one” starts sounding very reasonable.

Going to a gig at O2 Academy Brixton? Show us your tickets and enjoy £8 cocktails all day long! Very civilised. Very useful.

BYO and corkage Tuesdays

Tuesday is doing the most, and we respect it.

Bring your own bottle on Tuesdays and enjoy free corkage. On other days, corkage is £25. A good dinner, your bottle, our table. That is a neat little plan.

For the locals, the regulars and the people we are quietly trying to turn into both.

Laundry Locals gives members 20% off Monday to Friday, along with special offers, only in our fold. It is our way of giving the neighbourhood another reason to come in, come back and make the week feel a little less like admin.
