Choose food that does not create more admin
The Festive Set Menu is £39 per person and is available for groups of 10 or more.
It includes olives and warm baguette with butter, followed by a choice of meat, fish or vegan main course and a seasonal dessert. Guests choose their main course on the day, removing the need to collect food pre-orders from the entire office.
Sharing starters can be added for £10 per person when the group wants a fuller, more social table.
A generous table solves many office dynamics. Not all of them, but enough.
Think about space early
The ground-floor café and restaurant seats groups of 10 to 17. La Table de Carmen seats up to 20, while The Drying Room accommodates up to 16. The two lower-ground rooms can be combined for groups of 20 to 36.
The Laundry also has a fully covered and heated terrace. Larger companies can enquire about hiring a floor, the terrace or the whole venue for up to 130 guests.
The earlier the organiser knows what the team needs, the easier it is to find the right space.
Arrange the first round
Christmas group bookings can enjoy Cherry Royale, Cucumber Margarita and Festive Negroni cocktails for £10 each.
The organiser can arrange bottles of Prosecco or a round of festive cocktails in advance so drinks are waiting when the team arrives.
It is a small detail, but a waiting first round makes the person who organised the evening look extremely prepared.
Make payment easier
Each group receives a dedicated host and a 3.5-hour table allocation.
Guests can pay individually as they go, use the table QR code or settle one combined bill at the end. It is a flexible system designed for groups that do not all want to handle the evening in the same way.
