At Laundry, we believe great wine is about more than what's in the glass. It's about stories, discovery, conversation, and the people you share it with.
That’s why we’re launching TLC, The Laundry’s Wine Club, a new weekly gathering led by Pix & Liv, our in-house bar manager and sommelier, dedicated to London’s growing community of wine lovers, collectors, hospitality professionals, and curious enthusiasts.
Every Tuesday from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM, we'll be opening our doors for a completely corkage-free BYO wine social at Laundry in Brixton.
No formal tasting notes. No lectures. No pressure to know the difference between Côte-Rôtie and Cornas. Just great bottles, great people, and a chance to open something special.
What is TLC?
It's our answer to the often intimidating world of wine appreciation. A place where the person across the table matters just as much as the vintage in the glass.
Each week, guests are invited to bring a bottle they're proud of, whether that's a treasured cellar find, a recent discovery, or simply something they can't wait to share.
We'll provide everything else:
Professional wine glassware
Decanters and service equipment
A communal space to gather
A special ‘Kick-Off Bottle’ from The Laundry cellar
Friendly introductions and conversation starters from the team
Think of it as a wine-fuelled golden hour with some of London's most interesting bottles and people.

The idea behind TLC is simple.
One of the biggest barriers in wine is the cost and commitment involved in opening special bottles. Too often, they sit untouched waiting for the perfect occasion.
We're creating that occasion.
Every Tuesday, guests can bring a bottle without paying corkage fees, allowing rare, exciting and memorable wines to be enjoyed exactly as they were intended…with others.
No markups. No pretension. No gatekeeping.
Just world-class wine and better company.
The Kick-Off Bottle
Every Friday, we'll reveal the upcoming week's Kick-Off Bottle on our Instagram Stories. This bottle sets the tone for the evening and gives guests a glimpse of what's to come. One week it might be an aged Barolo. Another, a cult Australian Shiraz. Sometimes something unexpected.
Consider it both an invitation and a challenge.
A Community Built Around Sharing
The best wine experiences happen when knowledge flows naturally around the table.
At TLC, collectors sit beside first-time attendees. Hospitality professionals mingle with local regulars. Suppliers, sommeliers and enthusiasts all contribute to the conversation.

Stay For Dinner
While TLC officially runs from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, the evening doesn't have to end there.
As the last glasses are collected, guests are invited to settle in for dinner, order a round of margaritas, and continue the conversation over Laundry's seasonal menu.
Many of the best wine stories happen after the formal part is over.
